I'm going to do a new SimCity test. Basically what I want to do is take a big park and draw a road completely around all four sizes and zone the opposite sites of the road as residential. It'll almost be what I would call a "residential pod". There will be a main street coming into the pod and I'll zone each side as commercial so that the residents within the residential zone have a place to shop. The goal here is to test out an effective and efficient way to increase residential land value while also having the appropriate commercial area in place where the residents can both shop and work.
